Scully & Cassaundra

This story is about giving back.  In July Loving Paws helped Cassaundra fur baby Scully receive the vet treatment needed to mend the wounds she received from a dog attack.  We was working with an agency that Cassaundra was connected to.  While on a site visit we came across Scully who was recently attacked by another dog the night before.  Cassaundra was concerned about the open wounds on Scully's neck but could not afford the vet care needed to treat her.  With the help of Loving Paws and C.A.R.E. we were able to get her the vet care needed to get her on the road to recovery.  Cassaundra was so grateful for Loving Paws help that she asked Terryl if there was any way she can return the favor.  She expressed that she is an artist and would be open to creating a mural for us.  It just so happens that Loving Paws was in the process of opening our clinic and was looking for an artist to do a mural.  Look it how things work! Terryl and Cassaundra discussed the vision and she drew up some mock images that they agreed on.   We are happy to say that Cassaundra graced us with two amazing murals in both our exam rooms.  She and Scully showed up opening week of our clinic.  Scully is in full recovery and Dr. Alondra gave her a check up along with updating her on her vaccines.  The moral of the story is, when you put love out in the world, you get love back.  Let's continue to spread light and love!  Everyone can play a part in spreading the love, regardless of your social economical status.
